We are looking to recruit a Director of Research, Outreach & Development to:
- Set up a NCFE Centre (or alternative), operate and deliver qualifications (CACHE 2 & 3 TA initially) both internally and externally where possible to have highly qualified staff and create opportunities for career development)– and develop an income stream.
- To develop and operate an outreach menu and programme at WFS to support local mainstream schools (website page) – and develop an income stream.
- To develop and operate a professional training programme for local mainstream schools (website page)– and develop an income stream.
- To ensure Governors, SLT and MLT are kept informed of up-to-date changes in education policy and practice by producing summary briefing sheets (electronic).
